Ballots can be returned via mail or dropped at the Copper Mountain Metro District on Election Day between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Voter Eligibility
To be eligible to vote in a Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District Election, you must be a person registered to vote in Colorado AND either a resident of the District or a person (not an LLC, Trust or Corporation) owning property (or spouse or civil union partner of a person owning property) within the boundaries of the District. C.R.S. 32-1-806
Get Registered or Update Your Voter Record
Register to vote or update your record in any of the following ways:
- Online (must have a Colorado Drivers License or ID): GoVoteColorado.gov
- In Person: A paper form (walk into Clerk & Recorder's office), public assistance offices, military recruitment offices.
- If you are a UOCAVA (Military or Overseas Voter),

A voter may only be registered in one County. Multiple registrations are deleted by the Colorado Secretary of State.
It is the responsibility of each voter to update their voter registration. If you have moved or have a new mailing address, please update your records on-line at GoVoteColorado.gov or by submitting a voter registration form to the Summit County Clerk and Recorder (https://www.summitcountyco.gov/services/clerk_recorder/elections/index.php ).
