Graeme Bilenduke
My name is Graeme Bilenduke, and I am originally from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada and arrived at Copper Mountain December 1988 and I have embraced Copper Mountain ever since.
My family’s passion runs deep (Mary Quinn, Emily & Jack) at Copper. Mary has been a ski instructor at Copper Mountain since 1979 and that passion for skiing, learning, and teaching been passed down to our children who have spent time teaching skiing here at Copper Mountain. A true family affair. I continue to be involved in the greater community which has helped shaped the Resort and Summit County over these past 35 years and I look forward to being elected to the board of directors for the Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District.
Past community efforts include coaching youth hockey & lacrosse, creating workforce housing projects with the Town of Breckenridge, Town of Frisco, and private developers since 2010 and at Copper Mountain since 2016. Past community boards include a member of the Upper Blue Planning Commission for 10 years, and Summit Combined Housing Authority. I currently serve as an advisory board member for the Summit County Community Care Clinic, board member of the I-70 Coalition, member of CDOT’s Intermountain Transportation Planning Region and a member of Habitat for Humanity board. I have regularly attended the monthly CMCMD board meetings over the past 9 years.
My career at Copper Mountain has included teaching skiing, Snow cat operations, Mountain Construction, Village Development, Commercial Management, transportation, site civil and vertical construction. Since 2015 I have been the Director of Development and Property Services, which includes overseeing 7 HOA’s and the care and maintenance of Copper Mountains facilities and buildings.
I regularly interact with Towns, County, State and Federal agency personnel to ensure these agencies are kept abreast of developments and community desires and will continue to seek out ways to partner with these agencies to enhance the Copper community experience.
Looking forwards to receiving your vote on May 6, 2025.
Sincerely,
Graeme Bilenduke
