Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Includes personal leave and sick leave. Employees can accrue up to 520 hours of PTO.

Holidays
- Six Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- FLSA Exempt Employees receive an additional 40 hours of compensatory time annually.
